Swimming Lessons Terms and Conditions

Private Swimming Lessons;

• Private Swimming Lessons in villa, hotel or home pool. Payment at end of each lesson.
• Cancelations must give notice at least 8 hours or a reasonable time before lesson start time, or full fee of lessons booked will be charged. If I am at pool and no swimming full fee of booked lessons is charged.

Regular Private Swimming Lessons;

• Regular weekly Private Swimming Lessons are booked by the month and are paid in full in advance on or before the first lesson of each monthly lesson block.
• Regular weekly Private Swimming Lessons will be adjusted for any holidays or away days, before the Monthly  Payment block is paid.
• Makeups are in the same monthly lesson block paid for.
• No refunds or transfers to the following month.
• Lessons can be transferred to a sibling in the same monthly lesson block paid for.
• Cancelations must give notice at least 8 hours or a reasonable time before lesson start time or full fee of lessons booked will be charged. If I am at pool and no swimming full fee of booked lessons is charged.

Adult Private Swimming Package;

• Adult Private Swimming Package is only available at our pool venue location, at the Health Hub Bali, Villa Mimpi, Jalan Pererenan, Pererenan.
• Package is 3 x lessons per package.
• Package must be used in 21 days.
• No refunds if not all 3 x lessons used with in 21 days from first lesson date.
• No transfer of lessons to other person.
• Payment is in full in advance at the start of the first lesson.
• Cancelations must give notice at least 8 hours or a reasonable time before lesson start time or lesson will be forfeited. No refunds if not used or rescheduled.
• Reschedule of lessons are in the same payment block as 21 days from start of first lesson date.

Adult Learn to Swim Workshop;

• A maximum number of one on one private or 2 participants on request, per 5 day workshop. One hour per day.
• A participant’s booking in the workshop can’t be guaranteed if no deposit or booking fee has been received.
• A deposit of one day in advance or full payment of Workshop can be paid to reserve place in workshop.
• Deposit is non- refundable. Deposit is equivalent to one day of workshop.
• Balance of the full payment in advance must be received either on booking, before or at the start of the first day of the workshop booked.
• Cancelations must be received 7 days before the first day of workshop booked.
• A refund of payment less the non-refundable deposit cancelation fee of one day, and any bank fees will be returned to the participant.
• Payment can be by bank transfer, money transfers or cash.
